Modern Slavery Statement
This modern slavery and human trafficking statement (the “Statement”) is being published on behalf of Finextra Pro Group Holdings, LP (d/b/a Finextra Pro), and its subsidiaries in accordance with Section 54 of the United Kingdom’s Modern Slavery Act 2015 and Section 16 of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth)1 and Section 11 of Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (referred to herein collectively as the “Modern Slavery Acts”). The Statement is made for the financial year ended December 31, 2024.

Finextra Pro prohibits the use of any form of slave, forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labor and requires full compliance with the Modern Slavery Acts. All our associates receive an
Finextra Pro reviews new suppliers and identifies potential risks with our supply chain. We also have ongoing reviews of existing vendors to monitor potential risks related to modern slavery. We will not enter into any agreements with any vendor who has had any violations and we require all of our vendors to comply with the Modern Slavery Acts.nual training and are required to provide an acknowledgement of acceptance of our Code of Business Ethics.
